Do I have to fill out a claim from them? They are 8 & 10 years old. This is the only money they earned. I am also named the as the one who is responsible for making sure this money is used for their care and needs. Do I report it or does my husband or do my child have to file?

First came one internet site where I started an account. There came another internet store where I started and account. There came, even another site that when I go there, I want to CHARGE!!! Is there anyway that I can block myself from sites where I have credit from. Compulsive behavior is coming. Ouch.

Im a Computer Engineer by education. but my first (current) job is as a receptionist *** secretary. i have been at this job for 1.5 years. the IT manager recently gave me a choice of 2 great offers, but im very confused what to do. the first choice was to be his right-hand, where i get to assist him and implement all his innovative ideas for the department that no other dept is doing in the company. i'll handle database too plus learn cisco products and lots of new things from the manager.
second option is to go into IT pre-sales and i'll be one of the 3 people (yet to be taken into the company) under a Pre-Sales team leader.
im a bit shy-kinda person and i wud like to avoid any kind of group-interaction or presentations, etc.
i dont know what to choose. what is the most suitable (IT-related) title for the first choice & the most appropriate salary. please help. this is urgent. my mind tells me pre-sales is best for me as im a computer engineer but my heart tells me otherwise.

I am worried that my boss has submitted my report to senior management and will take full credit for my ideas. I had sent my boss some ideas that i had came up with to be able to manage the staff better. Then, I noticed that we received a memo with all my ideas. I feel that he is taking credit for something he didnt create. I had been sending emails to my boss about it and he doesnt reply. What should I do? Should I confront? Please help.

My husband and I want to get a mini-van. Like a 2000-2003 dodge caravan. The only 2 vehicles we've ever had were bought with cash. We are only 21 and 22. My husbands job is stable and we could afford it, especially if we trade in our car, but he's only been at his job for 7 months. Is it at all possible that a bank would give us a loan? We dont have much credit, and the little we have isnt great.

I'm currently studying three specializations. I'm studying a major in Spanish (with teacher certification) with a minor in French Language and Translation + An associates degree on Spanish Translation.
