I have arrear paper,can i write now?

You discontinue in 1st year or 3rd year.
To pursue degree you have to complete all the 3 year of Bachelor's programme and you have to pass the exam. If you don't do this you are not degree holder.
If you want to pursue degree from Saudi Arabia than join IGOU. This is distance learning open university of India. Take admission and take exemption by submitting your original document and appear for exam. Pass it and get it. Simple..... :)

Either you can do the graduation all over again spending 3 years or you can continue the previous. for latter, you will have to come back to India and seek special chance from Dean of your University.
Remember, its never too late for studying. good luck

yes of course. u can continue ur studies in correspondence. ucan join in an varsity here & get the notes of lessons.these things u can do from there itself.
