Discover, based on my experience ( I have had them all). They tend to be the more reasonable, honest and give you the best benefits. The worst without any doubt is anything with Chase (MasterCard), they are the closest to corporate criminals in their % hikes, they sometimes lied in their reports. Close second for bad cards is anything with MNBA. Be careful of anything that promises too much, like 0% for 2 years, etc
