Usually, the airlines run their own courses. Check with the airlines you are interested in working for.

I've been in the airline industry 10 yrs. i do not know of an institution for "flight attendants".
You should apply w/ airline, or two, or maybe more (usually online). If hired they will train. Some airlines that hire frequently: Southwest, Spirit, jetBlue.
Personality and smiling can get you very far.

Airlines train their hostesses in-house. Speaking a few languages and looking good will get you in.

Alaska Airlines is based here in Seattle, and of course there is Boeing, so I would look at coming to Seattle.
