I respect her as a person, but I still want her to give me a decent recommendation in order to get a better paying more rewarding. Should I tell my boss that I searching for a better paying job. I have been searching for a new job for about 2 weeks, and I am scared that my boss is getting calling from other companies, "Confirming my employment". Any suggestions?

Does this cases really exist very often? Or is it just me in my work that my boss is very tough? Is it worth it to quit even if your getting a good pay? (I really want to quit, I can't stand my work anymore, I feel very awful the way I'm treated)...I want to see if people have similar cases or is it very common that all bosses are like that? I'm scared that my next job is the same....Thank you I'll apreciate your answers....

I am thinking about going to school to become an x-ray tech. The only thing that scares me is the fact that I'm not so great in math. I mean, I'm not just retarted when it comes to math but its definitely not my strong point. Someone told me there is SOOO much math involved which is fine if I can understand it. I also looked at a radiology textbook and it seemed pretty hard. Anyway, has anyone out there been to x-ray tech school? Is it really that bad or am I making a big deal about nothing?

I'm a sophmore at nyu and i'm currently getting ready to do interviews with business firms. Is there anything that i should really look up and memorize before I go to the interview? I know some things to keep in mind are the current interest rate and basic microeconomic knowledge. But is there anything else that I should prepare for beforehand? Thanks.

The apt complex where I live has renewed a contract with a towing company that seems to be towing people in the middle of the night for various reasons. One being an expired tag. Do they have to first sticker your car to afford you the opportunity to fix whatever they deem reason to tow, within a reasonable amount of time?

I have longest departmental tenure (over 5 years). She has 6 mts. Doesn't appear she got much training prior to my promotion, and is resentful about that but that was not my fault. She acts defiant at times and flip. I've tried to help her but she doesn't seem appreciative. She seems to resent me; she always tells me about her Grad School degree. I'm not impressed, however. It has no bearing on the work she does either. So, any ideas?

to use one now for the contract and the coordinating of the closing or do I need to get a lawyer? One real estate company wants to charge a 1% "management fee" to handle all the transactions involving the sale. This would cost me about $3,650 dollars. Is it worth paying all that money? How do for sale by owner handle this?

Another fact is that I live about 2 1/2 hours away from the property.

Im currently working as a Verizon Wireless CCR......but my hours force me away from my kids. I work 9:30am-6:30pm. I leave shortly after they wake up and I drop my son off at school. And as soon as I get off I make the 30 minute round trip from work to my moms to pick them up and then home to make dinner and give baths then its bedtime, and I do it all over again the following days. I would prefer to work at home. I know there are many legitimate jobs out there....but I have no idea where to start. Any suggestions and information about where to look preferably from work from home moms would be greatly appreciated. Im willing to pay a minimal starter fee if needed but would prefer one that is free to join and start. Thank you.
