Definitely not! The average age at the CIA is 23, and they say they range up to 60.

I often run into groups of students from the culinary school here on the train. They generally look 25-30.

I have seen people attend the local Cordon Bleu cooking school that are anywhere from 18 to 65. Frankly, the most important thing is to ask can I afford the time and money. A good culinary school can be pricey and requires dedication of hard work for at least 6 months or more. So If you have the passion and the time, and of course the money. Go for it.

Hell No. whilst i became in culinary college, the conventional age became 32. maximum of my fellow type friends have been on their 2d or third carreer. Culinary college is relaxing and academic, even though it is tough and costly. Over the 18 months i became in school there have been a number of devorices and greater affairs. Do I evaluate it helpful? confident, do it. a number of the failings you will learn, you will on no account use (hand rolling out cresents), somethings you will use often times (know-how the suitable geomitry on the thank you to place out a commercial kitchen {my own famous}) and different issues you will use on a daily basis (the appropriate thank you to hold a knife). I on no account had greater relaxing or greater tears than in culinary college. as quickly as we end gaining understanding of we die. pass to culinary college!!!!!
