Try:

Deep Blue Coffee House
Coffee Place
Coffee Cottage House
Coffe Cottage
(Name this if your building looks like a cottage)

That's all I can think of, but figure out the name by the building or your town or put them together and think of an expression or something that matches with what the place will look like. Like if you were to live in the alps and you make a coffee business in a little town, it could be named.............. Moutain Coffee, or........ Breezy Coffe. These name sucks, but I'm trying to tell you the point. I think Blue Island Coffee is great too. That's an example too. Yeah, Blue Island Coffee.

Yes, Blue Island Coffee sounds real good, conjures up the image of the old Maxwell House coffee logo.

When we're working with a client who needs help choosing a name for their new company, we try to think of words and concepts associated with the client's industry and brainstorm to get the ideas flowing. Also, if your intention is to focus on a local or regional market, you can also include ideas that center around something unique about your area's culture. For example, a company in Louisiana may want to focus on the area's French or Cajun culture and use that as a starting point to generate ideas for a company name.

Also, as strange as it sounds, sometimes the dictionary can be a great resource for coming up with a new company name. For example, the higher up in the alphabet, the better off you are when it comes to being listed in a directory, web site, book, or any other resource that is organized alphabetically. So, starting with the As and looking at words that might strike a chord with your target audience is a great way to get ideas flowing.

Sometimes, the best names are a combination of two words joined cleverly to create a new word (ie: Microsoft) that's unique to your company. This also makes it easier to trademark a name should you decide to do so as the trademark office is particular about letting people register a trademark of common words.

Good luck!
