He has admitted to me he's out of his depth in his job and i have tried to be supportive. In this time he's been increasingly demanding of myself and my female boss (I too am female). The work he has asked of me is where he hasn't known what to do himself. He is a senior manager and there are 5 other people in our team: 3 are men and myself and my line manager are female. Today he unveiled a new piece of work none of the team are keen to do - he allocated 9 of the duties to myself, 8 to the duties of are assigned to my female line manger and 4 others are split between the other 4 men. In the same meeting he told me that I should capture the minutes even though I was not the most junior member of staff, only the most junior female. When I asked, why he replied why not?
When I meet him on my own he's patronising and has a very uncompromising and bullish manner that I must do as he says no matter if I feel it isn't the right approach. He's not like this with the men. Why? What do I do?

In the stone ages, it was newspapers, or in technical/trade journals. Sometimes at the Unemployment office. College Career Advisement Offices tended to be good resources, too. Then Monster.com became a big deal. During the Bubble, recruiters were really popular - now only used for CEOs. Craigslist also had gained prominence among certain localities. Colleges have enhanced their alumni association networks, but mostly re-post stuff from commerically-available websites?

Many actively recruit from their homepage and announce this during their corporate branding campaigns on TV/Radio/Web ads.

What is the best site today for jobs that are high-paying finance/marketing/administration/sales/IT?

OK, babysitters are expenisve and I have 4 kids. My husband works but it is just not enough. He keeps telling me that I need to get a job but I don't think it is worth it when I have to pay a babysitter almost the same amount that I pay in rent every month. Is there any real work at home jobs out there?

When I was younger, my mother decided she wanted to buy some things through mail order. Instead of using her name, she used mine. Over time she was unable to pay the bills, and we went into debt. Just recently, I was contact about the debt and have found out I am going to be sued. I was under age when my mother did this. Can I still be sued for this, even though I was underage at the time the debt occurred? My mother passed away a few years ago, so it can't fall back on her. Do I need to contact a lawyer? What do I do?

I'm currently an office manager/executive assistant and I hate the fact that I'm constantly sitting at a desk. What job can I do that will require me to move around or require me to be in good shape. Not interested in being a model, exercise person, or police officer or firefighter. Help!

When I was 18 (big shock) I chraged a bunch on numerous credit cards, and was not able to pay them, so they are on my report as charge offs. The stupid thing is i only owe a total of maybe $6,000 to get everything paid off. So I wondered what is the best I can do to repair my credit? I dont make enough or have enough on me at any given time to pay of those charge offs, and they wont let me pay little at a time. I also obviously can't get a card or loan to pay this all of, then pay that off. And I have nothing to put a lein on. Should I really consider bankruptcy? Or what can I do? Im almost 23, and am just going backwards in credit from all of this.
