You should go to your local McDonald's and politely ask for one... they'll have plenty available for you. Why? Because they are legally required to have them available at all times. Good luck. When you go, I suggest introducing yourself to the manager... be sure you dress nicely and use "sir" or "ma'am."

If you are serious about applying for a job dress nicely and go into the store and fill one out. Go around 3:30 pm after the lunch rush is over. The hiring manager is usually there and would have more time to talk to you.

Of course the easiest way would be doing to your local McDonalds & just picking one up.
