First, IF you thought there'd be ANY impact for Mr. President of 28% approval rating, then you'd either get into some of those stocks and / or play futures. But, I think it's a red herring.
But if you just wanted to watch. ADM is the largest company related to corn/ethanol.
And as Muncie says, corn futures.
And remember the saying, buy on rumor, sell on news!
Best of luck!

I wouldn't worry about it, no one really takes Bush seriously anymore. The only reason that people would switch to ethanol is if its cheaper (which i think it might be)

Sounds like something that idiot would do since it takes more energy to produce ethanol than is extracted from ethanol.
Buy corn futures.

what he says and what he can actually accomplish regarding this is two diff things. In all reality, what can he possibly say other than "We need to reduce our reliance on "forn" oil! So I'm proposing that we ...blah blah blah". Everyone knows we need to do that already.
By now you've read about the reaction to his insurance propositions....he's getting nowhere with that and he was offering up serious cash incentives.
Personally, I won't make any investment decisions from this speech...I'm just going to watch and laugh.

http://inside-ethanol.com/ has some great info on investing in ethanol.
Many of the ethanol stocks have already started to run but based on previous action there may be plenty of upside left.
