Where or how can I find past active stock lists (e.g., most price gainers, price decliners)?

One place is to look at old newspapers in the business section. Most of these are available online (w/ signup) or at local libraries.

for the longest time, I was keeping each day of the WSJ just for that info, then I realized, that not only do I not use it as much as I thought I would, but that I could just spend a little time and get all that info without adding more clutter in my house!
