i know they will ask what is your expactation from our company, why did you quit your last job, what is your goals

Dress for the occasion not for a party. Thou shalt not chew gum. Thou shalt not have pink hair or obvious tats. Relax, put your shoulders back, sit up, answer the questions with short responses. Give good eye contact.Shake hands when entering and again when leaving. Unless this person is particularly pleasant do not mention pictures on the desk, that's personal and they don't know you from Adam.

If you left your last job because of problems with a co-worker don't tell them that. Just tell them that you were ready for a change. If you tell them that you had problems they will think that you will not get along with co-workers if they hired you. As far as your goals, do you want to be a loan/bank manager some day? A supervisor? If you tell them what you want to achieve they will be more willing to hire you because you do have goals.
