Someone that can move fast, keep up with orders, keep the coffee flowing, keep things clean/stocked so customers don't have to wait, someone with a great attitude. I have been in food service for 20 years and the people that were not very nice made horrible tips and did not last long. No matter what is going on keep a smile on your face.

Great attitude!!!
I was a barista a few years ago, and I loved it!! Smiling alot is important. People want to think that you want to serve them. Thats why people pay $5 for a cup of coffee. The ambiance is incredible.

before everything, study the thank you to spell it, ok? i assumed you needed employer help in the thank you to create a stable Cafe to regulate and sell espresso and ****. in addition to, lots of the leg potential for flips comes from quadriceps, no longer "cafes" fool.
