I am interested in pursuing a career in this field. The only past sales experience I have is in retail sales. I worked as a sales rep. for Rex T.V two and a half years ago. I held this position seven years ago. I graduated a year and a half ago. I earned a degree in Marketing. My G.P.A was around 2.7. Should I attempt to enter this field or try to get some business to business sales experience.

I ONCE ATTENDED A NON ACCREDITTED SCHOOL I WITHDREW ,THE SCHOOL SAY I OWE THEM $500. IT WENT TO COLLECTIONS THE COLLECTION AGENCY ARE NOT OFFERING ME A FAIR PAYMENT PLAN THEY SUGGESTTED ME NOT PAYING MY OTHER BILLS TO PAY THEM OFF I CAN NOT DO THAT , WHAT SHOULD I DO.

What is the next step in inforcing a judgement ? What are my next steps to garnish their wages? their state tax? I know i can't file against her Fed. tax, but how or what do I do next? she doesn't own anything but a car, Lives with parents, but she does file taxes every year and does work, and has a law suit pending come this March 2007? can I put the judgement against that if she is awarded the sum she is suing for? if so, how? How do I do any of these? HELP ME PLEASE

Has anyone ever began monthly payments on a settlement agreement offered by a bill collector, and later the collector still took you to court for the full amount of the debt anyway? Or did the collector sell the debt to another collection office before your last payment date? Can they do this legally even if they've put it in writing?

I LOOKED ON THE INTERNET AND I SEEN LOTS OF CHEEP HOMES THEY SAY THERE IN RUN DOWN NEIGHBORHOOD'S ARE THEY BAD AREA'S WHATS THE COST OF LIVING AND ARE THE PEOPLE FRIENDLY I'AM FROM KY AND I WAS THINK OF INVESTING MY INCOME TAX MONEY ON A FIXER UPPER I HAVE NEVER BEEN THERE AND I HAVE WORKED THE SAME JOB FOR 15 YRS BUT IT A STRUGGLE IN KY I THOUGHT IF I COULD PAY CASH FOR A HOME AND FIND A JOB AND WORK ON FIXING IT UP.
