curently i am doing Engineering ,
Can u tell that for IAS PG is required or not secondly
go for IIM or IAS ..,
actually i want to go in research , but i find IAS or clearing CAT is more in demand .Its not hard and fast rule that i need to go in research i can go for another also .... tell with full details. I am competitive and can do anything.

Your first question , a graduation is enough to appear for IAS exam , yes as you say a PG does help in preparing for the exams. Second question IIM & IAS are two different fields which have no comparsion whatsoever , Yes both deal with managing people & getting work done , But an IAS does it in a different way & an MBA does that same thing in more polished way. The last part of your question do not go by demand , do what you like doing , this way you stay creative in what ever you do .
