The question I asked a few days ago did not have enough details, so I am going to add a couple of things...
I just wanted to know whether by having 100k in the bank (invested in savings accounts that generate around £4000 a year) at the age of 33 with no kids I can consider myself wealthy...

I am not trying to boast I am just genuinely curious...
Thx 4 yr opinion...

I'm a 22 year old that's been involved with my company's 401(k) plan for about a year now. Our plan has the following offerings:

-Laudus International MarketMasters (Foreign Large-Cap Growth)
-Gartmore Morely Stable Value Fund (Stable Value)
-FPA Crescent Portfolio (Balanced Moderate Allocation fund)
-Vanguard 500 (Index fund)
-Sound Shore (Large-cap Value fund)
-Calamos Growth A fund (Mid-Cap Growth fund)
-PIMCO Real Return D (Gov't Bond fund)
-Victory Diversified Stock A (Large-Cap Blend/Growth fund)

The investments and percentages I have are as follows:
Calamos Growth A (Mid-cap growth): 25%
FPA Crescent Portfolio (Balanced): 20%
Vanguard 500 (Index): 20%
Laudus Int'l MarketMasters (Int'l Growth): 20%
Sound Shore (Large-cap Value): 15%

I've tried to stay away from the funds rated 3 starts or lower by Morningstar. Is 3 stars average, or borderline bad? Are these good elections and appropriate percentages for a person my age? If not, how should I change them?

I am still working - well more like wondering around the office chatting to people and eating chocolates. I finish soon though, then off to the pub for lunch and drinks.

I just began a new job a bout 1 1/2 months ago. As expected being the new kid on the block is challenging sometimes but here's the catch; My boss talks crap about me and I know about it we have a very close working situation and when certain people change their attitude around you its obvious. I have helped her out a great deal since startig and have been keeping myself up and above par since day one.

I have no idea how to handle this situation, and any pointers for a boss who is making things diffuclt would be great!

In Deuteronomy it says very clearly that if I do not want my wife any more I can release her but that I cannot sell her for money. Well, if I DO want to sell her for money, does this mean I have to claim the proceeds of the sale as capital gains or dividends? And if I end up with a net loss can I claim that as a tax deduction or a tax credit?

I know they can sue me in civil court and get a judgement against me for the owed amount plus other fees. I wouldn't even be able to pay the judgements! Will the judgement cause me to have my wages garnished?

I owe 22 credit card companies over $100,000 and am only paying them $1.00 month. Sounds crazy but thats all I can afford. Please let me know. Thanks in advance!

My employer is a small family owned and operated company. I am a single person. She thinks she can get away with treating me any kind of way while I'm employed by her.

I work for a small family owned company. The owner has done a terrible job at training new hires, then turns around and harasses me, the employee for not doing things the way they should be done. The way she handles it is to charge me money for every error I make, and talks down to me telling me I should remember something because it's costing them money and sarcastically saying she told me 3000 times and I still can't get it. She is past retirement age, and looks at me like I'm fresh out of school, too innocent to know better how I should be treated. Is there anything I can do legally other than leave?
