I am upside down on a car loan (owe $16K, the car is worth around $11K), will the bank holding the car loan negotiate with me the principal owed (reduce it) if I sell the car and want to pay them off even if I have to take money out of my pocket to make up the difference.

i want to change my job after being in the supermarket for 5 years on checkouts operator.

i have a application form here and for a stationary shop.

the first question they are asking is:

"Which specific qualities do you possess that you believe make you a suitable candidate for a position at The Staioner?"

and second questions they are asking is:

"What, in particular, appeals to you about working for The Staioner?"

When overpaid state income tax is itemized into the federal deduction, I get back federal money I'm not technically entitled to. Next year I will have to report the state refund and pay federal taxes on it.

1) Will I have to report the 2006 state refund only if I itemize on the 2007 tax return? If yes, great (though doesn't make much sense), if not, where will it be reported?

2) Is there a way to adjust my federal taxes this year so that I don't get back this federal money now and don't have to report state refund next year? If yes, how? I was hoping for something on Schedule A, but I don't see it.

Ok here's the story, been getting USPS. Package's from customer service,based in UT. SYNAPSE GROUP INC. PAYS POSTAGE Have Called them two time's saying(Cancel all shipments) Because i didn't even order this stuff,they told me ok,then next day more package's an more & more, I sented all back to them unopened along with a letter saying(CANCEL ALL SHIPMENTS) NoReply they say i ordered this stuff through sears shop at home service (I DID NOT) Plus found out today they charged me $79.70 to my credit card + I had already contacted searsmastercard before hand,(saying don't let this company Shop at home- SYNAPSE GROUP INC.charge anything to my bill)," Well" they did anyway,& now calling sears customer Service today coplane why they done this? +sending them a letter i'm refuseing to pay for this product. Any Help I thank You.

the morning post has come and it has not yet arrived?? I sent off my passport to an embassy to get a visa for a country I'm visiting in one week. They posted it back to me yesterday by special delviery and gave me the tracking number over the phone. The post has already come but there is no passport.

Isn't Special Delivery supposed ot be guaranteed next day???
