and is it a right job for male?

It's basically a secretary type job, you answer phones, schedual meeting, etc... Though the description can change a bit from place to place.

I see no reason that a male couldn't do this job. On top of that most places can't discriminate one way or the other by law. I know if I was an exucitve and i needed a "admin" I wouldn't mind seeing a guy bring me my coffee. =P

While each company can have it's own names for things, there are some titles that are pretty standard.

For example:

1) Account Executive is basically a salesperson. Some call them Sales Managers.

2) Administrative Assistant is basically a secretary. However, some use Secretary to mean more typing and filing rather than "projects" and "assisting." But they basically mean the same thing.
