I have a credit card that offers free "credit score" viewing monthly. Last month it was 797..this month it dropped to 760! Could it be I got another (new) credit card last month? I transferred an amount ($1,600) from my other CC to them and they also doubled my limit to $10,000 up from $5,000. They ask me if they could do an "inquiry" also..so I said yes. I have 5 accounts and always pay them to almost no balance every month and never late on them...any answers?

... that says I must stay with the company for 3 years or I have to pay them money. Anyway, I'm afraid to ask my boss directly if that means that I can move out of state and work for the same company (because I don't want her to know that I'm contemplating a move)??? It says nothing specifically about that. What should I do?

I work with this company that has a job offer as just a regular forklift operator and or driver (which will pay more then I'm making right now). The requirement is a forklift license in which the company doesnt pay for or train you. So can I go to the dmv and schedule a class? Or is it a written test? I use to work at a storage place that didn't give a crap and let me ride their forklift if other people needed help.

I still live with my folks but am saving for my first house together with my partner.... Only problem is, house prices seem to be rising much faster than we can save! I dont know too much about the property market, but it seems like we've missed the boat, like we'll never get on the property ladder - or we will JUST make it, and then the prices will crash! Anyone have any predicitons or words of advice? Will the market crash, and if so, when?!?

Yet getting your credit report is free (the one per year that you get, anyway). Does digging up your credit score require that much work and effort?

With that in mind (boy, I can't wait to land work), I know I'll have to make some lifestyle changes..basically, can't go out as much and plunker down on trivial expenses, like cover charges at clubs.

In a way, it's a good thing I'm still single and have no dependents.. I'd really hate to be in this boat if I was married with children.

What are free or very low cost activities one can engage in? I need to obtain such info for 2007; I definitely won't go out as much, but that's ok; paying off my debt is a serious priority of mine.. one activity which came to mind was going to the library and borrowing books to read.

I'd appreciate your input.
