I've worked at so many places and I have had TWO definite BAD jobs and both of them were due to really really bad supervisors!
One supervisor had no backbone and was letting us (her team) and her get run over by the nighttime supervisor. EVERYTHING we did was wrong and they gave most of us like a 3 cents raise after the year!!!!!!!!! CRAZY! I quit after awhile and a few months later, that supervisor was demoted to a position lower than I had been in!!!
Another supervisor was crazy, one minute, she would be smiling and laughing and I swear in the same sentence she would have flames shooting out her ears, waving her neck, and flinging her hands, talking about how we messed up a billing cycle!!! That job did not last long at all!!!!!!! She was too psycho!
