1, Explain that you wish to pursue a more challenging role than your current.
2, Go through all your relevant experiences connected to the job spec whether in your past jobs or in personal experience.
3, Tell them you have researched their company and feel strongly about what they stand for and what they want to achieve in the future.

Make sure you do follow these up and dont get caught out at interview.

look into what they do see if any of the vacancies interst you
1 so that you can contribute to your family budget with pride
2 puntuallity working with a team and you are interested in what the company does ( make sure you know what they do)
3 as you have to start your career you think the motivation their company provides would advance you from a novice to a small proffesional cog in a large wheel.
I know its bull but it a start best of luck

Just bullshit them, tell them what they want to hear, who gives a shite if its all crap. Employers only ask stuff like that to gauge how big a bullshitter you are - talk huge amounts of bullshit and boardroom speak and you too can become the next dribbling company drone.
