I have a job offer from one company and it's really good. However, I believe they want me in just to coach their staff and improve them, after that I am at no use or value to their company. (6 months timeline)

I have another job offer almost double the income - Even though, they told me (unofficially) that they want me in - they're playing the run around game with me about meeting with the owner (the final call maker). Not sure what to do?!!!

2 years back my company introduced a Hosiery product to the consumers. We have added some special properties, which even reputed brands have not introduced to the market. My company brand is new to Hosiery market. Customer feedback is good. As on date this product is available in 30 outlets. Due to some reason/s unknown to us most of the Retailers and Distributors are hesitating to stock and sell the product. Though all of them appreciate the properties of the product. I'm running short of ideas. Any suggestions?

My nephew has recently started a software consulting job on an hourly basis. This project is for about 2 years. Since this is an hourly paid job, the employer will not be withholding any taxes. So he has to pay the taxes to the government directly. So I have the following question
1. Does he have to write a check to the govt. (Federal and state seperately) with approximate amounts (about 40 percent) for that month. OR
2. Does he have to wait for the tax season and then send the taxes once at the end of the year?

I was told that the second option may have penalties. Is it true? Any feedback from people who know more about this will be greatly appreciated.

Hi I'm 18 and got my license a year and a half ago. My brother is trying to convince me of investing some money I inherited in a trucking business. I know nothing about the business, but my bro is a truck driver for a multi-million dollar company and is trying to help me get started in the business. What would you do? if someone stole your credit card and cashed out your account at a store AND PUT
you so far in the nagative all because someone wasnt doing there job, but the manager insists that there employee did nothing wrong, "THEY DID EVERYTHING BY THE BOOK" SO i sit here and wonder ,if im a girl and my card says a girls name on it why they didnt ask !! HIMM!! for ID ?espaecially after the cashier entered my card number 8xs, (verified by jp morgan chase)and only four went through ..there .. (the other 4 Q-T) does that sound by the book ?hmmm i think that is complete crap and just because the manager is backing up her employee she should be fired, along with the district manager, all he seems to feel is a repramand is in order i. think all three should loose there piss asss jobs. .wat do u think?

I have a serious problem. I started working for avon around October of this year, and has been nothing but a headache non stop, now especially around the hoilday. My account is all messed up, I have orders that I need before christmas and havent even had any shipped to me at all yet. I have to pay avon, this coming monday. Does anyone know how many days it takes to ship out orders after Avon reicieves a payment? Also I have orders that have been cancelled on me and one on hold untill they get a payment from me. Do I have to put the orders back in again or will it uncancel and ship to me? I am very frustrated and annoyed, I am not getting a clear answer not even from the customer service people. Please HELP!!!!!!!
