I have a serious problem. I started working for avon around October of this year, and has been nothing but a headache non stop, now especially around the hoilday. My account is all messed up, I have orders that I need before christmas and havent even had any shipped to me at all yet. I have to pay avon, this coming monday. Does anyone know how many days it takes to ship out orders after Avon reicieves a payment? Also I have orders that have been cancelled on me and one on hold untill they get a payment from me. Do I have to put the orders back in again or will it uncancel and ship to me? I am very frustrated and annoyed, I am not getting a clear answer not even from the customer service people. Please HELP!!!!!!!

Avon requires you to pay them for an order before they will ship your next placed order. They will save a submitted order for nine days, if your balance isnt paid within those nine days then yes, you will have to re enter them to be ordered. If youre in myavon.com and you go to my account down towards the bottom in the middle column will be a link that says my invoices. Click on it. It will show you the things you've ordered and whats going on with them. This might help clear up your confusion on whats been ordered/ needs to be re ordered. Once they recieve payment I believe it ships out. Unless obviously on a Sunday. Hope this enlightened you a little!

Hi, I use to sell Avon and stopped as my orders were always shorted. I worked out usually 10 days after your payment your new order arrives. Your order should be shipped to you when you pay your account. Hope this helps!!!

I used to sell it and it can take from 5-7 days to get. Usually you do not have to put the order back in if it's on hold. Be careful if you have returns...get receipts from the post office/parcel post whatever....because Avon will say they did not receive the items and REALLY screw your account up!! That is why I "used" to sell it.... Another way to get your order quicker is pay for it on-line on Avon's website. You should have an on line acct with them as well.
