They usually dont have any fees (annual or funds) attached to them like VAs do. And they dont have the downside risk since they are not actual funds. Granted they dont have the diversity that a VA with 15 different funds has, but for a basic need for someone who is afraid of the market to begin with, it sound pretty good. Your thoughts?

I had to meet my boss at a building site, He accused me of stealing from his company. He told me he was going to cut my face from ear to ear, he also said that if he were 20 years younger hed punch me the fuc* out, he screamed at the top of his lungs towards me. You couldnt even put a sheet of paper between his face and mine, He would open his mouth andnspit would hit me in my face, he was yelling at me in the court-yard of the building. Tenants, superintendant, porter people walking in the street saw everything. Its been less then a week since this crazy outburst of his has happened and I dont know what to do, Im the bread winner of my family with a duaghter the age of 2. At this point I continue to work for the crazy man, just yesterday I was in the office and he called me in, requested paperwork as I enter his office to submit what he has asked for he tells me get the **** out of my face, get the hell out of here. At this point im having anxiety problems. What should I do?

One buy the product first so they can study up on it, or how is that done? It seems as though I should buy it just for the info. so that I can promote it as best as I can? Or is there another way of doing this? And should my domain name be similar to what I am promoting? or does that really not matter? Thanks again. sunnydays

Do you hate telemarketers and junk mail?
Do this...it good to have fun!!!
1)when a telemarketer calls just say "Hold on please" and set the phone down, this slows the pace down for his/her sales and takes time from him/her getting comissions. When ya hear that beep beep beep...then hang up the phone
2)If junk mail comes with a pre-paid envelope...put your junk mail in it and send it back to them...it cost them nothing if you throw it away...but if you send it back they just paid TWICE for it.
3)All those annoying ads you get with your phone bill...mail them back with your bill
4) when you get the calls by a computer, push the # key on your phone as fast as you can 6 or 7 times, this confuses the computer and it will delete your phone number.
5) send credit card applications back blank in the pre paid envelope along with some junk mail
Let these people throw away thier own junk mail and let them know we dont want it...Join me in my quest!!!

Here are the details. My house is located in a small town of about 16,000 people. Recently on my street our community has been awarde the Ray and Joan Croc of 24 Million dollars (the people who own McDonald's) grant too build a Croc center. The Salvation Army actually won it for my town. They are building right by my house. My house is worth about $60,000 tops. I currently rent it out for a profit of $200.00 a month. The Croc Center now owns both properties on my sides of my house. The salvation recently called me and asked if I wanted to sell my house. I told the gentlemen who called that my property wasnt even on the market and I use the property as an investment. I'm 26 years old. I have rented my house at this price for 3 years. I stand to make over $50,000 over the next 30 years. I called them back and told them to make me an offer. If I had to ask I would ask $120,000. IS this too much or too less to ask considering what the property is worth to me. Any suggestions?
