I had to meet my boss at a building site, He accused me of stealing from his company. He told me he was going to cut my face from ear to ear, he also said that if he were 20 years younger hed punch me the fuc* out, he screamed at the top of his lungs towards me. You couldnt even put a sheet of paper between his face and mine, He would open his mouth andnspit would hit me in my face, he was yelling at me in the court-yard of the building. Tenants, superintendant, porter people walking in the street saw everything. Its been less then a week since this crazy outburst of his has happened and I dont know what to do, Im the bread winner of my family with a duaghter the age of 2. At this point I continue to work for the crazy man, just yesterday I was in the office and he called me in, requested paperwork as I enter his office to submit what he has asked for he tells me get the **** out of my face, get the hell out of here. At this point im having anxiety problems. What should I do?

Wow, what you say sounds pretty scary. First, you should probably try to determine why he's acting in this way. Was he always like this or did he suddenly change with you? The other thing you should do is to start looking for a job somewhere else and also look into the possibility of filing a law suit, or some kind of complain procedure. You don't have to stay (and you won't be able to stay long) in an environment like this. There are so many more fish in the sea, don't go through the humiliation any longer and quit the job before he attemps to fire you. You might be thinking that it isn't that easy to find another job. But if you don't do something, you'll never know. I want to share with you a business opportunity that someone (whom I call the angel that God sent me) presented me a few months back. All you need to do this is to know what you want for yourself and your family. Once you are clear on that, there's nothing that will stop you from achieving your goals. If you have an open mind, if you believe that God works in mysterious ways, then you should check out this website: http://www.americhoice.unfranchise.com click on the "about ma" tab on the top and click on the presentation link. By doing this, you can work from home, you will never have to submit to a crazy boss, and best of all, you can have money AND time for what's important in life: your family. Actually, that's the reason I am in it myself. If you want more info, you can email them at americhoice@unfranchise.com Anyway, don't want to go on and on about it. If you are meant to do it, you will. Just keep an open mind. You can never say you were not given a chance. Hope this helps and God bless.

if you have got wittnesses for the way he done you at the first meeting at the building site. i would get a epo out on him, it is a emergency protective order, it keep's him from being allowed to come around you. you can not threaten people like he has to you and get by with it. all states and laws are differant, so i would go to your local police department or court house and see what you can have done, this man sound's crazy and you never know what he might do to you or your family, report him now before it is to late. you can always sign up on unemployment untill you can get another job, tell them you had to quit for fear of your life for the things that this crazy bastard is doing. good luck.

Well, if you actually didn't steal from him call the cops and ask what you should do about it. If you didn't do it, you should also get a lawyer becuase I'm sure you can file a lawsuit for his crazy behavior. On the other hand, if you did do it...just quit and look for a different job and don't use him as a reference.

If you know you are innocent, stand your ground, don't give up, calm down and pray for guidance to the Lord our helper. He will direct you and give you wisdom to handle the situation, showing you what to do, He will see you through if you trust Him completely. Turn it over to Him, cast this care upon Him right now and wait on Him to show up.

I'll pray with you right now.
May the peace of God that surpasses all understanding be upon you, give you clarity of knowledge and lead you to the victory over this situation, (you will be an asset to this company, will not lose your job and the boss will change his mind and attitude towards you that will please you and all around you will see the favor of God upon you, in Jesus Name, Amen!
