Ok, my question is this. For about a year and half I owned my own business, which failed pretty bad due to terrible management (My business partner/financial backer was an idiot =(
I'm now looking for work in a stable environment, my question is, how Do i put this information in my resume, without making it look bad. Should I just forgo the information about me owning it, and just list it as another job?

I'm at a loss here, any help would be greatly appreciated =)

I want to start investing small somewhere around $100 per month and I am not sure which type of broker to go with. Is sharebuilder or buy and hold safe. I like TDameritrade because I can walk right into their office and talk with them so it feels safer but it seems to be more expensive. Any opinions???

which is better to get education in and to start investing in?

i have a better ides about bothan than most people do but i still need more educaton. i know realestate is quicker and more secure but takes a lot of money to start. where as the market i have better knowledge of and i cantry it not but i only know enough to be better than the avrage person. i also know the market takes less money to start and may also bring more money in the end.

so which one should i get more education in and 3-4 months down the road start investing in.

I receive SSI benefits due to no income or resources. Due to death in the family, I may receive some inheritance money. If I buy a house with that money for self-support, can this affect in any way my SSI benefits like monthly payments and medicaid? I am very old and with serious heart condiion and it is important for me to maintain medicaid thru SSI. l
