I am going through some bad times, and I need to file but I have a judgement against me and a few more possible from not paying my phone and credit card bills. What can i do?

You can discharge a judgment in bankruptcy. If you own any real estate or other property the judgment can attach itself to, you should also file a motion to set the judgment aside.

Unless the judgment is set aside it will survive a bankruptcy if it attaches itself to your property.

Yes you can file bankruptcy on a judgement from a court or anyone else. When you file your bankruptcy, it will stop all judgements, collections or anything else that has been filed against you immediately and you WILL NOT have to go to court to face the judgement or anything else that has been place against you.

A judgement absolutely can not be included in a bankruptcy.
