can i apply for a credit card with out a bank account?

I HAVE A JOB, BUT NO BANK ACCOUNT.AND I WOULD LIKE TO GET A CREDIT CARD.

You can always apply -- they will either accept you or not. I don't know if a bank account is necessary or desirable, but if you think they want one, go to a bank, put the minimum into the account, and then apply.
