I heard something about Iceland having really high interest rates. You might check there, but I think they were more like about 7 to 9 percent. The places that have double-digit interest rates often have triple-digit inflation, so that usually is not a fair trade.

There is no Nationalised banks will give near 15% on FD, RD or Bonds. If some one says that, that is not correct. Don't approach schedule banks which offer 15%, because they are not trust worthy.

If you want that kind of return and guaranted , then you have to invest in indian real estate market .We are a real estate development company in india and we pay our investors a ROI of 13-15 % a year .

Not going to get that in any solid country. Have to buy stocks which you should anyway. Indian & Chinese stocks making more than 15% but with risk but that's the way it goes.
