Did EBay remove there Adult listing catagories from their website?

I noticed recently that there does not seem to be any more adult themed stuff for sale on EBay any longer. There used to be a section where you could by stuff like that after you entered a age verifcation section and they checked to see if you were at least 18 or not.

Any one know what happened on EBay about adult listings stuff?

I am being sued for debts I cannot pay. The court ruled I am liable for the principal but not the interest on the amount owed. The credit card company and I go before an arbitrator the end of February. My only income is my social security checks each month. Can the legal system garnish these wages which are already under the national poverty level?

The debt is no longer reported to the 3 credit agencys, but they are checking my report bi-monthly, and now they are trying to contact me by phone. The statute of limitations is way past, and the debt has been charged off by the original creditor. I want to pay it off, but I need a house asap, and my FICO score has improved enough to do so! If I talk to them will they start reporting it again, and what can I do if they do? I lost 2/3 of my income 81/2 years ago due to downsizing, and am just now recovering from it.

I bought the house well under market value but with no cash down

I work in an office and I'm probably one of the youngest people there.

Well, recently, I was promoted up into management because of my charisma, personality, and good work ethic. But I'm having some difficulties.

See, all my life I've been used to working from "the bottom of the food chain." So this is a big change for me. Mostly, I feel people don't take me seriously when I tell them to get back to work or to finish a task. It might be because of my age or because I'm the NEW management.

In any case, my question is how do you manage people and NOT seem like the "bad guy?"

I mean, sure, I could be the angry boss nobody likes, "DO THIS! DO THAT!" But that's not the kind of guy I want to be associated as or known for.

How do you be the tough but fair manager?

i have a checking account and i know i only have less than 300
but few days ago, i saw myaccount on line and saw that i had 3500 dollarse on my account. know my question is should i waist it or not. and yes i have called the bank and i told them that the money on my acoount was wrong that i only had less than 300 but they said they canot do nothing about it. and i have spend atlease half of the money. what should i do or is it bad what i did.

My husband had a wreck in our kia sportage 3 days ago and we have liability. Our credit company found out that we only had that on the car and they require full coverage on the car. She called our insurance company to check and see if that is what we had and sent us a letter a couple of days after that. Stateing that if we didn't show proof of full coverage in 10 days that it will be added to it thru them. He called and reported the wreck and the lady said that they didn't add the insurance on there because the owner of the comany said to not worry about it. I was wondering is the a case for law suit or what do you think we should do.

I have a chunk of money , as a result of the DOT taking part of my property - which happens to be zoned commercial - even though I Iive in the house on the land ( I don't have to move as a result of the takeover ) . Anyway - so I must purchase like property - namely commercial , to avoid losing a good bit in taxes . So , so far , I've been looking at rental property , or houses to convert to rentals , and undeveloped land . I happen to live in an area of Florida that is a rapidly growing boomtown right now . What might be the wisest choice/best investment - perhaps even something I'm not yet familiar with ?
