Did EBay remove there Adult listing catagories from their website?

I noticed recently that there does not seem to be any more adult themed stuff for sale on EBay any longer. There used to be a section where you could by stuff like that after you entered a age verifcation section and they checked to see if you were at least 18 or not.

Any one know what happened on EBay about adult listings stuff?

Look under "Everything Else" for the main category, then click on Mature Audiences. Everything should be in there and does require a sign in to view.

the authentic situation is that you're utilizing some different person's recognition and recognition, and relying on the paintings, their likeness, to make money -- that is frequently occurring as invasion of privateness or appropriation of likeness, a civil incorrect (also regularly occurring as a tort) in case you had Abraham Lincoln t-shirts, or Ronald Reagan t-shirts, those will be ok see you later because the image on the blouse wasn't copyrighted with the help of all of us else. why?? there is not any invasion of privateness and appropriation of likeness at the same time as applies to deceased persons. If ebay leaves your FF merchandise on the website, they alter into problem to being sued for invasion of privateness because they are interior the chain of commerce and could actual be stumbled on, in court docket, to have regularly occurring or "in all probability" regularly occurring that your cloth replaced into not explicitly approved with the help of FF. And if FF's human beings sue, who're they going after - you, a unmarried seller, or Ebay, a employer with deep wallet??? (ebay ought to then turn round and sue you for indemnification, if FF were given a judgment antagonistic to them) Your declaring "custom" on your listings has not some thing to do with it. that is not any criminal secure practices at wondering about you or for Ebay. in case your itemizing reported "formally approved" then that they'd go away you on my own until eventually someone complained because you despatched them some thing lower than the guise of formally approved, and it grew to change into out to not be formally approved. i will go away it at this - end promoting the stuff or get smarter about your listings.
