Spend your hard earned money on a money order made out to John Beck Real Estate Program. Funny thing is, you can do all of this without spending a dime to this guy. Guess his sales pitch worked - made you think you really need him.

You can get a MO at the Post Office, Walmart, and most corner convenience stores.
