Only if the Grantee permits it. I'm not sure how paying out money will cover the Grantor's living expenses, though.

You gave up your rights & now want to buy them back.

If the Grantee wants to sell their rights & you want to pay the price whats to stop it? As I see it nothing.

It would seem that a quit claim can give it back to you.
