What is the next step in inforcing a judgement ? What are my next steps to garnish their wages? their state tax? I know i can't file against her Fed. tax, but how or what do I do next? she doesn't own anything but a car, Lives with parents, but she does file taxes every year and does work, and has a law suit pending come this March 2007? can I put the judgement against that if she is awarded the sum she is suing for? if so, how? How do I do any of these? HELP ME PLEASE

You might do better asking this in another section. I do know you cannot take her state tax refund. That is reserved for certain public agencies (child support being the most widely-known example).

There are no wage garnishments for consumer items in NC (I know, I live there). Only for things like back taxes or child support.

From the standpoint of collecting a judgment, unless she has property you can get a lien against, there is little you can do.
