I have been looking and receiving many and varied opportunity emails. As yet I have only felt like a prospect, a lead and a newbie.When you have no money and little understanding for making your own product, marketing it and affiliating with those who do know how brings you diddly squat, what do you do? There are a lot of dead ends and detours with many available gurus at quite a price. I have tried surveys, blogging, articles, ads,leads. I have even considered writing an ebook . Ebay is another offer I had and I see potential but at a price over and above my 0$ budget. I figure that if this is a global question, there is a great possibility that some of you actually can help the rest of us out. Bless you!

I am 15 and I normally have about 40 dollars a week to do what I want with. I love looking nice and I like to buy clothes. I try not to buy them full price because it is so expensive and not right to spend 30 dollars on a shirt that is probably worth 10 dollars. I enjoy reading and I like to buy books because a lot of the books I enjoy reading are not at the library. I also would like to put some money away for college. What would you suggest for money management/budget? I am really desperate. I will give 10 pts to best answer. Thanks!

My question: Is there any way around the application of said usage tax? For example, what if the purchaser was not the end user of the product. For example, I am required to receive shipment of an item to meet the security requirements of the seller and then once received, forward the item to a third party that does not reside in the state.

Would it be good to rent a place for six months to a year to show good payment history? Or should I stay living with my mother to ensure I have the least amount of bills as possible to pay and I can make sure they will be on time even if I have a financial emergency? On the one hand, I think good renting history will be taking an active step to improve my credit, on the other staying at my moms rent free would keep me safe against something bad potentially happening. I have a VA loan, so the down payment isnt a big worry for me, but I want the best interest rate I can get. Now is the time to buy, they say, so I might as well take advantage of that VA loan while the gettings good, right? So over the next year, what should I do?

About how much money should I save to move out on my own if I already have a $425 car payment, a $60 cell phone bill, and about $80 worth of misc. bills? I make $13.00 an hour, and for where I live that is pretty good income. Please don't say I'm to young to be worrying about this kind of stuff, I'm very responsible and independent (which is why I want to move out), I am simply looking for suggestions on how much to save up.

I was number one in the police academy. I have been trying to get a police job for two years so far. I have a bad background. I have a 3rd degree assult and an open container and vandalizum. It was three years ago in college. How long does it take to erase and they wont deny me because of that? Any options of what i can do? The only thing I want is to become an officer nothing else. I have just begun working for a company that sells bath and body products, wholesale & retail. The business has not previously kept hard copies of invoices, filed numerically, anywhere. I would like to begin doing this. They do not want to have to "print" all of these invoices every day. How can I communicate to them why it is important to have a file of all invoices in hard copy form? Is it important? I have always kept invoices this way. please advise.

Do i have to pay for hole in wall, that i didnt put there?
I have an issue with my landlord, she wants me to pay for something that isnt my fault. The washer and dryer hookups were faulty when i moved in, and i didnt know that. So the water leaked all in the wall to my kitchen, which led to a 3x3 ft hole being cut into my wall behind my fridge. And now she wants me to pay for the guy that came out to cut the hole in the wall, because I thought it was my fridge leaking (all the water was under the fridge). So you can see how I came to that conclusion. But I dont think that I should have to pay, it was faulty hook ups that made the water leak not my washer. Does anybody know where I stand legally? Do I have to pay? resources please, thanx.
P.S. I rent from my landlord and there is nothing about it in my lease.

I have been planing on quiting my job in Dec., becuase Dec. 1st I am getting a big christmas bonus, but i have been offered a great job now, i can start Dec 1st but that gives me no time to give notice, unless i do it quick, what if they try to screw me out of my bonus!! can they do that?
