That's simple. Most businesses only think of one thing: the bottom line. So if they can get the same results by using cheaper labor in other countries, they will. Until the economies catch up in those nations and they start to pay their workers a decent wage, companies will continue to take adavantage of these cheaper resources.

There are several reasons. One being lower salaries as mentioned. It is also, believe it or not, cheaper to ship the product from India or China then cross country in America. Also raw resources, e.g., oil, steel and plastic, are cheaper to produce and buy in those countries. All in all, they are getting the product made with a lower overhead and bigger profits!!

Because it's cheaper to have someone from there do some kind of work you can train them to do all day for 50 cents a day than pay some American worker seven hundred times that amount for the same work.

i in my view can no longer disagree with the conceitedness of many people.. yet, if the they did disban the $; it would cave in the international economic device. Who buys the main oil from the middle east. Who has all those factories in China and India. Who purchases all those products. The record is going on.
