my target group are college kids, basically wanting to create awareness about criminal prevention ie. victims of hit and run, snatch thefts, vandalism, extortion, etc.

Any ideas on roadshows, activities that i could do with that money?

I was recently divorced and have a lot of debt from my previous marriage. I work at a mid-rise apartment community as a business manager but started out in sales w/the company. I am thinking of selling my home and moving into an apartment where I am working to save money since I would receive a significant discount on rent there. Only thing is, I dont know if I should get a realtor or try & sell on my own. What do you suggest & what has been your experience?
