Which company offers rechargable Debit Cards?

Hi Guys,
Do you know of any company that provides prepaid credit cards or rechargable debit cards without asking for social security number?

Entropay is one card that does not require an SSN.

Some of the off-the-shelf will let you reload a few times.

Prepaid card forum has reviews of a lot of prepaid cards.

Most credit card companies do. But they are usually one time use for travel. To be rechargeable, they will need a SS#.
