A co-worker of mine referred me to a paralegal that has helped a few of her friends and cousins get through bankruptcy. He is only going to charge me $600 (as opposed to up to $1700 with a lawer) and literally walk me through it. I guess the word "paralegal" is worrying me a little because he is not a lawyer but does anyone else have any experience with a paralegal and bankruptcy?

He is off his med because we have no insurance, we had a local sort of insurance for non-insured people but just had to reapply. The pharmacy told him he had no coverage. Might have to get on one of those drug assistance programs.

I work in a returns department where it is frequently my responsibility to handle customer returns and/or replacements.

In this one incident a replacement was required. So I followed my company's policy and shipped a replacement to the customer after viewing my records for the right item and conversating with the customer, dictating the items that were to be custom made and replaced over the phone.
Now the bomb, the day the customer receives the replacements I receive a fax stating that they were wrong, after conversating with the customer and personally seeing to the production of the custom made item myself.
Dont have clue of what to do next. Help!

I work for a great company and I have enjoyed my time here. For the last few weeks my co-worker has been a total D*** head towards me..The funny thing about this is that I am the only one he treats funny..He snaps or just acts like a total ***.Okay right now he is laughing and joking around with everyone else in the room. Welp, as all you know i don't have electricity and it's now cold months and i was wondering where can i buy a heater or something that can keep me warm since i don't have no heat or anything??? I have the other 3 pieces and I only want 1 million. YOU KEEP THE OTHER 4 MILLION!!!!! When I am done i end up with 2. Everyone tells me I should only have 1 for my case.

Is this correct

1) Purchase order (PO): Goes from customer to vendor.
2) Sales order (SO): Goes from vendor to customer
3) Invoice: Goes from vendor to customer

4) The order in which this happens is PO>SO>Invoice

Are statements 1,2,3,4 correct?
What is the difference between a SO and an Invoice?

The company I work at was bought out a few months ago and today is the day we find out if we keep our jobs or not!!! In about 2 hours! I am freaking out!!! I guess that 6 months severance pay wouldn't be all that bad...but still!!!!!!!!! Anyone else gone through this?? How did you concentrate?

and then find out they have NO computer skills?? how are u supposed to train what to do, when ur busy trying to explain What function is for what...something anyone who works w/ computers should know (highlight, copy, paste, drag, forwarding emails, etc etc...!)
