do you think you would enjoy working there? is it a job you would really like to get or are you just applying for the sake of it?
if you are looking forward to working there, the answer should be easy.
do they sell a variety of interesting/fascinating products? are you really looking forward to being able to meet the customers so you can help them with their purchase? have you always enjoyed shopping there? do you get the impression that there's a good atmosphere in the shop and the staff seem happy working there?

You enjoy working with people and like to work as part of a team.
That's the standard bullsh*t answer they like for that kind of impossible question.
