Usually a person keeps the disability income (if it is Social Security) because being married does not affect whether or not you are disabled. Well i think it depends on what kind of disability it is? SSi would be effected with any added household income, but i the other disability payments are not. Call your local office, you can ask a question in general with out giving your stats if that worries you.

Depends on your country I guess. In USA I know people who are married and receive disability, but, maybe that changing.

nope you will lose it and it takes a long time to get it back . this happenesd to my mom .she devorced the guy like after 3 years . who needs the papers just live together and collect it its gonna be easyer on the both of you .they look at it this way you married his income is youre income why should they pay you
