I have 2 payments to my lender that were 31 days late (30+ gets reported). I have tried talking to managers on the phone, writing a professional letter, and offering to guarantee that I refinance my loan with them when my interest rate fixed period ends in a year, and they simply refuse to help me. I am trying to get a home equity line of credit to do some home repairs, and I am finding it nealy impossible to do so with 2 recent mortgage lates. My LTV of over 90% doesn't help things, but if I could get those 2 lates removed, I'd qualify for loans that go up to 100% LTV. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions as to what I can do to try and get those lates removed, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you, in advance, very much for your time.

When you recruit and your workers do work, don't you, as the business owner, make money? Is it wrong that you override them?
Some people say it is, others say its necessary to run the business.

For people who say its a scam, why do you think so?

I need to get a short term loan, possibly a pay day loan for at least $800.00. However, I would need longer than the standard two weeks to pay it back. Is there anywhere I could borrow $800 and pay it back over a 12 month period or at the very least have longer than two weeks to pay it back?

I'm trying to find new ways of advertising and getting the message across to college students about my website because I really think it has the potential to go somewhere. What advertsing techniques can I use to do this, other than Messaging on Myspace and Facebook(which doesn't seem to work so far), and posting fliers all around campus and on people's cars?

Okay people, Help, I have a co-worker who is awful. She insists on leaving early at least twice a week to "take overnight packages". The overnight service is willing to pick up the packages and she leaves 45 minutes early! Should I say something or just let it go? She is very manipulative and knows how to "work her boss". She likes to complain about EVERYTHING and nothing pleases her. Even though she is leaving 45 mins early she insists that she should get reimbursed for her mileage (it's only 6 miles). Does she not realize they are already paying her? Plus on days she doesn't have to leave early to take an overnight package she asks her boss if I can take the mail and I get told to do it by her boss. But she never helps out with any of the daily tasks in the office (like watering plants, dishes, etc.) and insists that they don't pay her for it, that she has better things to do. But yet she doesn't hesitate to grab a coffee cup and leave her dirty dishes behind. How do I handle this?

Is it legal for a company to not give you a copy of your performance appraisal? As I understood it, if you have to sign your name on a document, your entitled to a copy. By the way, I work for a very large law firm. Thanks.
