I would choose Abercrombie & Fitch, as they have better employee packages, the music is happening and the clothes line is superior, do not know much about hollister as I never worked for them. I do not know whether you are in sales and or modeling, or if you will work behind the staff, I personally did their hair before a shoot, and from that angle the benefits and the people that you will meet is Awesome...Good Luck!!! Also there is a better chance of moving up to a better position...

First, you have to think about why you want to work at each place & which place provides you with the best environment. If your going to work any retail place you need to know that your going to be working a lot of holiday's & day's after holiday's & that it's not as easy as you might think. It's not the hardest job, but it is hard, at times. I worked at GAP 2 years & it gets to you, gets in you blood. I still go to stores & see things unfolded & fold them. It drives my family crazy. If both places are in the same area, you have to decide which is better for you based on what you want out of the job.

If I were you, I would go for the company that has a chance to grow further in. A company that has a nice environment to work in and a company with good supervisors. Then I would think about the salary. I do believe they don't have that much difference as far as salary is considered, so I would say sleep over the facts I mentioned above.

choose the one that is offering you the best pay,benefits and the one that will help you to advance further through you life, it all depends on what you want in the end; what you want to achieve and how far your willing to go to achieve it. it also depends on who has the best working conditions , so you need to sit down and assess all of that before you make a decision
