After some period if the two directors among three directors collide and take decissions in their favour only by creation of additional capitals and allowing new share holding and making further directors of their choice so that the single director share wil be decreased and mis appropriate the assets by selling /leasing as per their choice due to the more rights in meetings as their ratio is two what the single director can do and how he can safeguard his share, as per the share values and asset values while promotion of the company in a private limited company in india

I'm a russian 2nd year University Higher School Of Economics student, majoring in human resource management. I'm looking for a job in the uk, preferably in cumbria or in northumberland (but not only) for 3-4 months in summer of 2007. i'm going to the uk as a working holidaymaker. I need a job to support my finances there, for example, to pay for accomodation. Where exactly would you recommend to search? any websites or newspapers or anything else?
i'm looking for any job. but preferably not to clean the rooms

My son started buying his flat with his girlfriend a year ago at the time he had a job , he lost it through forgetfulness (caused through a car accident he badly damaged his brain) he got another job 2 months later and lost that one too , he is on jobseekers allowance now which is only £59 pw , so he cannot pay towards the bills as much as he would like , his girlfriend wants him to move out back to my place , I think he should stay until the place is sold , as his name is on the mortgage and all other bills , I will let him back here , but not until the flat is sold , does anybody know what the rules are for this dilema , please only genuine answers ,as this is very serious.

Here is what happened....
I put few articles on e-bay for sale...Only one sold, but I bought it for $225 and got sold for $179. The others articles did not sell. Now I have to pay $18+ for listing fees. I also see people having lots of articles(like see seller other items) with no bids and I presume they must pay listing fees as well.
So, I hear e-bay is a good business opportunity...
How it can be so?

The item that I won online was shipped in a box. It was wrapped poorly, and arrived twisted and broken. Interestingly, the box was perfectly fine. The seller wants me to send it to her, so that she can file insurance claim with post office. The post office didn't do anything to destroy the item. The interior packing was improperly done by the seller. I think this is fraud, and want to protect myself, and get my money back. Please help.
