I'd like to be an Oracle, SAP or Microsoft CRM consultant and I'm not sure what's the most effective way of doing it. I know, there are courses, but I can't invest all that money now, however I'm ready to pay some amount. I've been working as marketing professional for Oracle and IBM in HUngary, now I live in London.

Any good idea, experience, suggestion is welcome ! Thank you all !

I am currently over seas working tax free. If I stay 330 days I know I dont have to pay taxes due to the amount I make. If I choose to leave early I will have to claim it all and pay at the end of the year. How much will I have to pay on say roughly 60k? I own nothing and have no kids. However, I'm married and as of now my wife is a full time student. Would buying land by the end of the year help and how much?

I'm 25 and single. I have an honours degree and a steady job - albeit in a poor country (Zimbabwe). The thing is I'm considering quiting my job to go job hunting in South Africa where prospects are way way better. Initially I'll do ANYTHING to earn money to pay my way for a Masters degree. The risk is I may fail to find ajob in S.A. and if I do I'll most probably be an illegal immigrant who can be deported. Finding another job in Zimbabwe would be next to impossible.
Should I be happy with what I have and not risk it or shd I take the plunge???

Assuming you are still working and earning the same of slightly better money how can it be that if your house was put back on the property market (assuming it has made money) you would not be able to afford to buy it? I.e i paid £97000 for my flat 5 years ago, its now worth £210,000 because of the increase in property prices. I would not be able to afford to buy it at the new sale price as no lender would lend me enough money based on my wage! Surely this is an indication of an economy going bad? Surely wages should rise in line with the property market?
