Im 19 years old and live in CA with my lovely gf who is 20. We are had enough money for last months rent but next month i dont know what to do. We both dont have jobs at the momment and i dont want to have to live some where i dont like (Car ) . Any info on programs that may help would be really awsome. Thanks.

Time^ not "I'm". We are looking as hard as we can for jobs and just hoping for the best. If that fails for us we are out of luck.

Hey Lee,
I had a thought on this. Talk to your landlord and let him/her know that you'll pay the rent 30 days late. Be specific on the date that you'll pay. Then, when you're looking for work or trying to find a way to make money, you have a deadline that you must make. Force yourself to make the payment, no matter what it takes. You can do it!

Perhaps consider moving back "home." At your age, considering you mention no children and you are not married, it is going to be difficult for you to find rental assistance, as it is scarce, there are waiting lists for it, and it is targeted to seniors, disabled and children.
Otherwise, a job or two is your answer.
