Of course this is only an opinion question. And to respond to Paradise Water's response, my dictionary has another definition of "fair" which is "just to all parties." That is the concept that this question is based on.

Very good point - I have often wondered that myself. The jobs I have had where I worked the hardest - I got paid the least. Bagging groceries when I was 16 - 17 and working as a CNA in a Nsg home. Now I am a registered nurse and get paid pretty good money and don't work anywhere near as hard as I used to. Dont get me wrong, I work, but those 2 jobs were WAY harder......

Jobs that are least enjoyble should be paid the most. The sort of jobs that no one wants to do. Toilet cleaners, poultry farm workers, sewage workers and the like.

Jobs that are most enjoyable should be paid the least. I guess this depends (as the above) on what you would consider a great job. For me it would be Helicopter pilot - i'd do that for minimum wage - or less!

It will be the same as it is now. Fair - pay high if your skills are rare i.e. a function of demand and supply. That's what is happening now. Don't watch football and the pay will go down for all footballers.
