Will I get a P60 from each employer detailing earnings and tax while in each employement or just a P60 from my current employer detailing earnings and tax with that employer?

I think it's just one. The tax you have paid so far this year will be on your P45 and your new employer will incorporate that into their figures and include it in your P60.

P60s are issued at the end of every financial year ( April )
p45s are issued when you leave an employment,to go to another

just the one
this is not like a p45, it comes just once at the end of each tax year - this is the first of april - it details all of your tax paid and monies earned for that tax year
