One way is you can start learning English language. This language can be learned for day to day use within a max period of 6 months, I feel. Please understand there are no short cuts for success. You must work hard on getting right credentials.

Secondly, if you know local languages in India, still you can be successful in financial sector in marketing or public relations department as many people in India prefer to communicate in local languages.

But go ahead and plan to learn the English language.

Best luck.

You can still service indian companies. Try avoiding the MNCs and you might want to find opportunities working in smaller towns. Then you can be the 'Big Fish In A Small Pond' rather than a 'Small Fish In A Big Pond'.

I think nowadays in India, it's an advantage if you know how to speak English. You should at least know how to interact using the English language.

If you have the skills and experience in financial industry, you can get a good job and be one of the best in that career.
