Intel is one of the most profitable corporations in history. Itel is facing an intense competition from its rival AMD and this is causing decline in market share and squeeze in profit margins.
Part of this is because of the recent tech sector crash that has affected all high-tech companies. But some blame their CEO' new strategy of expanding Intel's business into many different lines.

I have applied for a credit card with bank of america several times and i have been denied i checked my credit history and im seeing wrong information which led to the denial of my credit card applications. Can i sue for damages? and experian does not even have a fax or telephone number where i can call to dispute the information on my credit report. They listed my birthday as 1985 instead of 1988 which caused collection agency debts that i owed when i was 17 to be posted on my account because they listed my birthday 1985 it showed that i was 20 when the debts came in but i was actually 17.

1. Do you have a fax or phone number where i can reach experian? (I get an error messege with the online dispute form)
2. Can i sue for damages since they caused me to be denied for a credit card over 2 times

In Amercan society, where people from all kinds of cultures and backgrounds work in a corporate structure, is it fair for the top leader of the location of business to make unilateral decisions about what is appropriate and what is inappropriate without giving an opportunity to the affected party a chance to discuss the details?

Of course it is understood that she/he is expected to act in the best interest of her/his team and the company she/he works for.
Shouldn't a non-american green card holder be given an opportunity to discuss and rebut the details before getting fired from his job?

I own a home right now that is worth $325,000 and I owe $245,000. I have only been in the home for 4 months. If I decide to sell the home before the two year mark how much in taxes will I have to pay on the profit. I have heard 25% and I have heard 40% of the profit I have to give back to the government.

I work full time in a reasonably well paid job, but I have always had an interest in making money on the stock market. The problem is I know nothing about it. I just happened to come across the Bid/Ask price of a particular warrant : 0.030 / 0.000. Now, how can the ask (sell) price be zero? Doesn't make any sense to sell anything at zero dollars right, or am i missing something?
